Additional Opportunities:

The RMTA offers two student leadership awards: Bobby Gunn and D. Scott Linaker, and the NATA offers the Chuck Kimmel Award. All assist in paying for student attendance at the National Meeting in Philadelphia next June. If students are involved in the RMATA EEP committee, that gives them an edge in receiving this award.

The NATA Student Writing contest is open for submissions. Winners receive a monetary award, and the contest committee is working to possibly have student work published.
