HALI Administrative Director

-Lead the growth of the new BYU Health Across the Lifespan Initiative (HALI) through teaching, community outreach, student mentoring, and experiential learning facilitation.
-The role helps connect initiatives serving youth, adults, and older adults while turning service work into research, presentations, publications, and grant proposals.
Ideal background: Terminal degree in a related discipline; experience teaching, mentoring, facilitating outreach, and collaborating across groups. Funding experience is preferred.

Certification Program Director

- Develop and lead certification- and accreditation-aligned pathways for exercise science students (e.g., strength and conditioning or exercise physiology), with initial emphases on NSCA and ACSM credentials.
- Coordinate curriculum alignment, assessment, experiential learning, professional partnerships, teaching, and student mentoring.
Ideal background: Doctoral degree in exercise science, kinesiology, exercise physiology, or a related field; current NSCA CSCS and/or ACSM EP or CEP certification required.

Ideal background: PhD in exercise sciences or a related field; experience in teaching, mentoring, external funding, and organizing collaborative research groups.
