Speakers:
Dr. Michael Larson is a clinical psychologist specializing in performance psychology, concussion, and traumatic brain injury. He directs the Clinical Cognitive Neuroscience and Neuropsychology Lab at Brigham Young University. Dr. Larson has coached
BYU and Kentucky Basketball, helping athletes improve their mental game. He is a professor in Sport Psychology at BYU and provides performance psychology services.
Dr. Matthew Seely, a BYU professor of human biomechanics, specifically with applications in physical activity and sport is behind the Strong Youth Project, which is designed to create positive experiences in youth sports and improve the overall health of young people by decreasing the likelihood of obesity, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, depression, anxiety, and other common challenges our youth now face.
