BYU Counseling and Psychological Services offers free individual and group therapy, stress management resources, and couples counseling. It is located in the Wilkinson Center.
Y Fitness offers aerobic, circuit, strength, and functional fitness classes to BYU students, faculty, and affiliates. It is paid per semester.
